1.   Plsale provides its services to affiliates which subject to the following terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. It is the responsibility of affiliates to update from time to time. When using affiliate features offered by Plsale, you may be subject to additional rules and regulations applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. If the modification to the terms is not agreed by you, you should terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes in the terms of this agreement. All such rules or regulations are hereby incorporated by reference into the terms of service. These terms will be effective upon your signup with the Plsale Affiliate Program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. By filling and joining Plsale affiliate program sign up form, you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by Plsale terms of agreements. Your participation in Plsale Affiliate Program is solely for the purpose of advertising Plsale.com in a legal manner and receives commission on sales through your advertisement referrals.
						
2.   Description of the Program.
Eligible commissions are the orders from our affiliates’ recommendation of other players. Commissions are 5% on each order you bring to Plsale and 1% additional commission from the 2nd tier. Available commissions could be changed to cash after the acceptable payments in full has been received and without refund or charge back .Partial refunds will be issued on the order, and there is no limit for deduction of the earned commissions, such as the refunds, charge back and so on.

3.Abrogation of Affiliate status.
Your Affiliate status may be suspended for the following reasons.
1.Illegal propaganda for our website such as spam Emails or Advertisements.
2.Emails and Advertisements content illegal words 
3.Having too many Fraud orders or cheating records.
4.Nonresponsiblity 

Plsale and our Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. 
     
    You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this agreement.

The Affiliate has to agree and warrant that he/she will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the "CAN-SPAM" Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails.
